URGENT NOTICE: Donations Needed

From The City of Jackson

In our efforts to assist the American Red Cross with shelters for our neighbors from New Orleans, Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we are opening emergency shelters in the City of Jackson. We are asking the citizens of Jackson to join us in this effort by donating NEW twin sheets and blankets. You may bring these items to Champion Gym, located at 1355 Hattiesburg Street in Jackson, Miss. For health and safety reasons, we can only use NEW items and only sheets and blankets are needed at this time. We will inform the public regarding other items if and when it becomes necessary.
