The Honorable Frank E. Melton, Mayor of the City of Jackson, passed away on Thursday morning (05/07/09), shortly after midnight. Mayor Melton was a loving husband and father who devoted his life to serving others. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The memorial service schedule is as follows:
