No motive in alleged attack

Authorities said since the victim has died, Kaholokula’s charges may be upgraded.

MBN has to return seized cars

A Circuit Court judge has ruled that the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics must return two customized cars seized from the brother of a drug dealer during a raid. WCBI reported that agents raided the Cedar Creek home of Rodney “Bird” Roby last year. During the raid, two cars, a 1985 Chevy Cutlass and a 1996 Chevy Impala, belong to Roby’s brother, Reginald, were taken from the property.

Roby faces a long list of criminal indictments, but since no drugs were found in the cars, and Reginald produced documents proving the title to both cars were in his name, Judge Lee Howard said the MBN must return them to him.

Reginald currently lives in Atlanta.
