Jackson State University will hold its second Annual Tiger Bash Saturday, August 28 on the first floor of the JSU Student Center. The Blue Bengal Athletic Association and JSU Tiger Fund are sponsors of the event. The bash will be held to celebrate the opening of the 2010 football season.
The event is open to the public, doors will open at 3 p.m. and the program begins at 4 p.m.
JSU head football coach Rick Comegy and members of the 2010 Tigers football team will sign autographs. The world famous “Sonic Boom of the South,” the prancing J-Settes, Baby Tigers and cheerleaders will all perform.
A Kidz Zone will also be on site.
Fans will also be able to purchase $50 general admission football season
tickets. Admission is $5 for adults, free for JSU students with ID and
children 16 and under.
