Greyhound Bus Lines wants suit dismissed related to Jackson County accident

GULFPORT, Mississippi (AP) — A federal judge has scheduled a hearing next week on Greyhound Bus Lines Inc.’s motion to throw out a lawsuit related to a 2008 accident in south Mississippi.

Megan Clancy sued Greyhound in Jackson County Circuit Court on July 6, 2011, saying she was injured in the accident on Interstate 10 near D’Iberville on Aug. 2, 2008. Megan Clancy’s case was moved to federal court in September 2011… […]
