WLBT-TV (http://bit.ly/1GXlg0V ) reports 19-year-old Samuel Perry was arrested over the weekend after police were called to a house over an early-morning fight.

Police say Perry aggressively approached an officer, who had to wrestle with him. Perry was shocked with a stun gun but pulled out the barbs from the stun gun and continued to disregard police before he was cuffed and taken to jail.

Perry was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

On April 29, Perry was arrested by police in Madison, after they say he stripped off his clothes and was streaking through Madison Central High.

It is unclear if Perry has a lawyer.
