COLLINS, Mississippi (AP) — Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves and his security officer were not injured Monday in a two-vehicle accident in Collins.
The Highway Patrol says Reeves and his security detail were driving a Patrol F150 pickup truck when it collided with a car about 1:45 p.m. on U.S. Highway 49 in Collins.
The patrol says two people in the car were transported to a local hospital for minor, nonlife threatening injuries.
