NFL Great Willie Richardson honored at the State Capitol

On Tuesday Feb. 22, 2011 the Senate honored former NFL great and Jackson State University standout Willie Richardson of Clarkdale with Senate Concurrent Resolution 602 for his outstanding community service and athleticism. From 1963 through 1971, Richardson played for the New York Jets, Baltimore Colts, and Miami Dolphins. He was an NFL All-Pro Wide Receiver and  two-time Pro Bowl participant.
