ST. MARTIN – A 19-year old Biloxi teen, with a history of assaulting his father and calling in bomb threats to a local high school, was arrested for allegedly stealing a man’s medication at gunpoint. Trevor Joseph Breal was charged with armed robbery after an altercation that occurred on June 28.

Jackson County authorities said they were called to Cimmaron Avenue in the St. Martin Community on reports of an armed robbery. The victim told deputies that an unknown white male pulled a gun on him and demanded his prescription medicine while he was visiting a friend’s home on Rose Farm Road.

The victim said after giving the suspect, later identified as Breal, two bottles of medicine, Breal fled the area. Breal was arrested later without incident during a traffic stop by deputies and investigators.

During a search of Breal’s vehicle, the weapon used in the alleged robbery was also recovered.

Breal, who was on probation for calling in a bomb threat to St. Martin High School, was transported to the Jackson County Adult Detention Center.

GulfLive also reported that on Jan. 11, Breal was arrested on allegations of possession of schedule III narcotics, domestic violence, simple possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Reportedly, when he returned home on Jan. 16, after pleading guilty to the offenses in justice court, he was arrested again and charged with domestic violence plus assault on a police officer.

GulfLive reported that while Breal was inside his family’s home, he was reportedly shooting out windows with a high-powered pellet rifle when he assaulted his father in the front yard.

When deputies tried to make contact with Breal, he allegedly fired the pellet rifle at the deputy. The deputy was able to talk Breal out of the house and place him in custody.
