Schools and offices of the Clinton Public School District will be closed Friday, Feb. 12, due to inclement weather. Classes will resume Monday, Feb. 15.
Jackson Public School District
The schools and offices of Jackson Public Schools will be closed on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, due to hazardous weather conditions. District officials will continue to monitor the weather conditions and keep parents and community informed regarding the status of athletic games on Saturday, February 13. Announcements will be posted in the media and on the JPS web site at www.jackson.k12.ms.us
The closure on Friday also includes the JPS Teacher Resource Center.
Hinds AHS closed Friday, Feb. 12UTICA – Hinds Agricultural High School, on the Utica Campus of Hinds Community College, is closed Friday, Feb. 12 because of potentially hazardous road conditions.
All Hinds CC locations closed Friday, Feb. 12RAYMOND – All locations of Hinds Community College are closed today, Friday, Feb. 12 because of potentially hazardous travel conditions on local streets and highways. Any activities or programs scheduled for Friday have been canceled. The Eagle baseball team’s first home game of the 2010 season on Saturday has been canceled. All Hinds Community College locations are expected to be open Monday, Feb. 15. Hinds has campuses in Jackson, Pearl, Raymond, Vicksburg and Utica. The best source of information for Hinds students and employees is the college Website www.hindscc.edu.
