2 men accused of videotaping sex with child at Jackson hotel

JACKSON – (AP) Federal authorities in Mississippi have charged a Georgia man with videotaping himself and another man having sex with a girl who was 3 or 4 years old.

The complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Jackson, charges 26-year-old Marco Laquin Rogers of Atlanta with sexual exploitation of a child.

The complaint says child pornography charges filed on Sept. 6 against another man, 25-year-old Jeremy Atral Hodges, of Cambridge, Mass., led authorities to Rogers.

Court records said both men are originally from Mississippi.

The criminal complaint in Rogers’ case says Hodges and Rogers had sex with the child at a Jackson hotel on May 25.

Hodges’ attorney said Monday that he wanted to review the complaint before commenting.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Rogers had a lawyer.
