JACKSON, Miss. – Members of the Jackson (Miss.) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated will host a Jabberwock Interest Meeting and Reception for young ladies interested in being a contestant in the Chapter’s Jabberwock 2009. The Interest Meeting and Reception will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 3p.m. at the Family Life Center of College Hill Baptist Church located at 1600 Florence Avenue in west Jackson.
Jabberwock 2009 will be held on April 18, 2009 and the gala pageant will feature contestants ages 5 through 19 competing in the categories of Little Miss Jabberwock, Junior Miss Jabberwock and Miss Jabberwock. Interested young ladies along with their parents, are encouraged to attend Saturday’s Interest Meeting and Reception.
A complete overview of the contestant’s requirements for Jabberwock 2009 and the progrram overview will be presented during the meeting.
