The route for the 2016 Purple Dress run has been published.
This year’s 5K will be held Thursday, October 27th and will a start at 6:00 p.m. at Hal & Mal’s, 200 Commerce Street. The sunset run/walk event through downtown Jackson will finish with an post-race celebration at Hal & Mal’s. Check in begins at 5:00 p.m. and attached is the route for your information and planning purposes.
Runners are encouraged to wear a purple dress or purple attire to help raise awareness for domestic violence and in addition to overall male and female winners, awards will be given for best dressed male and female.
