TERRY, Miss. (AP) – Authorities say two people have died in an early-morning house fire in Terry.
Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart says an adult male and a male child were found dead early Monday morning.
The Clarion-Ledger reports (http://on.thec-l.com/2hQLadn ) that the blaze was reported around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
The coroner said that officials know a probable identification for the two victims, but DNA or dental confirmation is needed before their names can be released officially. The bodies will be sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy.
Few other details were immediately available early Monday.
