Missing teens could be headed to Tupelo

MARSHALL, Texas – Authorities in Harrison County, Texas believe that two teens, who walked away from a behavioral center in that state, may be headed to Mississippi.

Seventeen-year-old Madeline Apple and 17-year-old Andrew Hill were last seen Monday, Jan. 7 at the Hearlight Ministries in Hallsviille, Texas. They were reportedly going to Longview, Texas.

They have not been seen or heard from since then.

Authorities said Hill is originally from Lee County and still has relatives there. Apple’s family said the two are traveling together and could be making their way to Tupelo.

Apple is described as being of a medium build, 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown hair.

Hill also has a medium build. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall with short, dark hair.

The couple does not have transportation and may be hitchhiking along major highways and roadways.
