From Media Reports

LOUISVILLE – Authorities have arrested two men and continue the search for two others in connection with a February shooting death in Winston County.

Authorities tell WTVA they arrested Marvin Stingley of Sallis on a charge of murder in the death of Marcus Hinton on Feb. 26.

On Monday, Winston County officials announced the arrest of Yartney Greer of Durant.

Greer is charged with accessory after the fact and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Investigators say they are searching for two other men also wanted in connection with this shooting.

Authorities identify them as Napoleon Melton and James Antonio Snow.

Both men are believed to be in the Sallis or Durant area.

The shooting occurred on Feb. 26 at the Imperial Club on Highway 14 West. At the time, Sheriff Jason Pugh said Henton was shot and another person was injured.

The case prompted concerned citizens to start a petition drive to have the nightclub declared a nuisance and shut down.
