Minister Tony Davis returns home – again!

There is a popular cliché’ that states “Home is where the heart is” and for Canton native Tony Davis, a current resident of Marietta, Ga.; his upcoming return home is an indication of just how big his heart is.

Davis, the founder of Tony Davis Ministries, will return to Canton to speak to the students of McNeal Elementary and Nichols Middle Schools on Friday, January 9, at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.  Davis was in Canton, on October 24, speaking to students at Canton High School and Canton Educational Service Center.  This visit is sponsored by Nissan North America Inc., of Canton.

Minister Davis is an ordained minister, songwriter, producer, author, speaker, radio host, TV host.

Minister Davis now hosts “Stop the Violence – Increase the Peace” events across the country.  Successful past events have captured the attention of businesses and community leadership resulting in requests for Tony Davis Ministries to bring the campaign to additional cities across the nation.  

Davis is no stranger to the senseless violence of gangs. Years ago, while a resident of Los Angeles, Calif.; Davis was shot five times by members of a city gang.  Since then, he has grown spiritually.

Ordained on June 13, 2001, Minister Davis has been preaching the anointed word of God from state to state and abroad in other countries.  He has written, co-written, and reproduced over five gospel albums, two music videos, two documentaries, and a stage play entitled “Heaven is Real”, which has received media attention from outlets all over the world.  He has also been a keynote speaker for churches, conferences, banquets, schools and homeless shelters all across the country.

Minister Davis will also be featured on TBN with Paul Crouch, Jr., “Behind the Scenes” on January 16, at 10 p.m. (PT)., and January 27, at 10 p.m. with Pastor Zachery Tims (EST).
