New Jerusalem Church pastored by Dwayne K. Pickett, Sr. will host “The Outpouring!” revival at its Alta Woods location, 168 Colonial Dr. in Jackson at 7 p.m. May 15-18.
Special guest speakers are Bishop Lester Love on May 15, Bishop William Murphy III on May 16, Bishop Joseph W. Walker III on May 17; and Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. on May 18. The event is free and open to the public.
The purpose of the revival is to strengthen NJC and the church in Mississippi to walk in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in order to destroy the strongholds that are keeping God’s people from living God’s best for their lives.
The revival will also serve as the inaugural revival at the new campus to establish an atmosphere of praise and worship.
