WIGGINS, Miss. (AP) – The wife of a Ramsey Springs businessman and her childhood friend have been indicted on upgraded capital murder charges after authorities accused them of planning to kill the businessman.

A Stone County grand jury indicted 53-year-old Evelyn Garrison and her friend, 65-year-old Emmett Entrekin, of Saucier, on one count each of capital murder in the Jan. 24, 2015, beating and stabbing death of Timothy “Timmy” Garrison Sr.

The indictment was handed up Thursday, according to the Sun Herald (http://bit.ly/1T1lqrP ). The pair had previously been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

A third man, 22-year-old Jody Parks, of Biloxi, already was charged with capital murder. Parks is a relative of Entrekin and authorities say Entrekin enlisted Parks to carry out the killing and offered to pay him $15,000 to do it.
