JACKSON – An Arkansas man has been arrested for false pretense in Sunflower County, Attorney General Jim Hood said.

Seth Bradshaw, 35, of Pigott, Arkansas and formerly of Sunflower County, has been arrested following an indictment by a Sunflower County Grand Jury on three counts of false pretense.

Bradshaw is alleged to have leased hunting land – which he did not own.

The indictment alleges that Bradshaw took money from three separate victims to the tune of approximately $30,000.

Bradshaw was arrested with the assistance of the Sunflower County Sheriff’s Office. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years (10 years each count) behind bars.
